- Use only ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude for Work for work tasks.
- Never paste customer data, secrets, or confidential information into AI tools.
- Verify AI output before acting on it or sending it onward.
- Pause and confirm through a second channel when an urgent request feels off.
- Ask the Security team in #ai-help before adopting a new AI tool.
- Report risky AI use or suspicious AI-generated content to security@yourcompany.com.

Launch checklist
- ▢Confirm your approved/prohibited tool list and link it in your AI policy (intranet.yourcompany.com/ai-policy).
- ▢Set up or confirm the #ai-help channel and assign owners to answer questions.
- ▢Customize all assets with company name, tools, and contacts in the Customization tab.
- ▢Get an executive sponsor to send the Week 1 welcome email.
- ▢Schedule the 4 weekly emails and matching Slack/Teams posts.
- ▢Print or upload the 12 posters to digital signage and high-traffic areas.
- ▢Assign the 4 microlearning lessons in your LMS (one per week).
- ▢Brief managers with the Manager Toolkit before Week 1.
- ▢Decide your recognition plan (shout-outs for good catches and reports).
