These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Forge Awareness website, marketplace, and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Forge Awareness, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the service.

2. Educational Purpose

Forge Awareness provides educational security awareness materials, templates, courses, games, posters, toolkits, and related content ("Materials") for informational and educational purposes only.

The Materials are not and do not constitute legal, HR, employment, compliance, regulatory, privacy, cybersecurity consulting, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, modifying, approving, implementing, and maintaining your own policies, procedures, training, and governance processes.

3. Professional Review Required

All Materials must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel, HR professionals, compliance specialists, privacy professionals, and security experts before use. Your organization bears all responsibility for implementation and compliance.

4. No Warranties

Forge Awareness makes no representations or warranties regarding:

• Completeness, accuracy, or correctness of the Materials
• Legality, enforceability, or compliance with any law or regulation
• Suitability for any specific use case, jurisdiction, or industry
• Compatibility with any specific audit, certification, or framework
• Results or outcomes from use of the Materials

Materials are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Forge Awareness be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Materials or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable laws, Forge Awareness grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Materials for internal business purposes only. This license does not permit:

• Resale or redistribution of the Materials
• Claiming ownership of or representing the Materials as your own creation
• Use outside your organization or with unaffiliated entities
• Sublicensing without explicit written permission
• Exceeding the seat/license limits of your subscription or purchase

7. Customization and Responsibility

You may customize the Materials for internal use. You remain solely responsible for ensuring all customized versions are reviewed, approved, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

8. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and account information. You agree not to share your account with unauthorized users and to notify Forge Awareness immediately of any unauthorized access.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Materials for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent licensing restrictions
• Distribute, resell, or redistribute Materials outside your organization
• Use Materials to compete with Forge Awareness
• Harass, defame, or infringe on the rights of others

10. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are charged based on your selected membership tier and billing cycle. Payments are processed through Stripe. You authorize Forge Awareness to charge your payment method. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

11. Intellectual Property

All Materials, including templates, designs, text, and code, are owned by or licensed to Forge Awareness. Your use is limited to the rights explicitly granted in this agreement. You may not claim ownership of Forge Awareness Materials or modifications thereof.

12. Disclaimer of Professional Advice

Forge Awareness is not a law firm, HR consultancy, compliance provider, auditor, or managed security provider. Nothing in the Materials or services constitutes legal, HR, employment, compliance, privacy, or security advice. Consult qualified professionals.

13. Termination

Forge Awareness may terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your license to use the Materials ceases.

14. Changes to Terms

Forge Awareness reserves the right to modify these Terms. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
