License Terms & Commercial Use

This document outlines the license terms, usage rights, and commercial restrictions for Forge Awareness materials.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable laws, Forge Awareness grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Materials for internal business purposes within your organization only.

This license is personal to you and your organization and may not be sublicensed, transferred, or made available to third parties without explicit written permission from Forge Awareness.

2. Permitted Uses

You may:

• Download, view, and print the Materials for internal use
• Customize the Materials to reflect your organization's branding, policies, and processes
• Use Materials in internal training, awareness programs, and communications
• Share Materials with employees and contractors within your organization
• Distribute Materials to board members, contractors, and service providers under confidentiality obligations

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Materials (in original or modified form)
• Offer the Materials as part of a competing product or service
• Claim ownership of or represent the Materials as your original work
• Use the Materials outside your organization or with third parties without explicit permission
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use Materials to develop competing solutions or training programs
• Share access or login credentials with unauthorized users
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the underlying structure of the Materials
• Exceed the seat/license limits of your subscription or purchase agreement

4. Seat and License Limits

Your license is limited to the number of seats or users specified in your purchase agreement or subscription plan. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate records of seat usage
• Not exceeding your licensed seat limit
• Notifying Forge Awareness if you need additional seats
• Complying with true-up requirements if applicable

Sharing login credentials or account access to exceed seat limits is prohibited and may result in license termination.

5. Customization Rights

You may modify the Materials to:

• Add your organization's logo, branding, and colors
• Adjust language and terminology to match your policies
• Add or remove content relevant to your organization
• Adapt Materials for your industry, jurisdiction, or specific use case

However, you may not:

• Remove Forge Awareness attribution or notices
• Resell or redistribute customized versions
• Use customized versions to compete with Forge Awareness
• Claim that customized versions are original Forge Awareness products

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All Materials, including text, graphics, designs, templates, courses, games, posters, code, and compilations, are owned by or licensed to Forge Awareness and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your customizations remain your property, but the underlying Forge Awareness Materials remain our property. You grant Forge Awareness a license to use customizations and derivative works if you submit them for publication or sharing within the platform.

7. Enterprise and Custom Licensing

If you require custom licensing terms, volume discounts, or special commercial arrangements (including: resale rights, white-label options, LMS integration, or custom development), please contact Forge Awareness to discuss enterprise licensing options.

8. Compliance with Laws

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Materials complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations in your jurisdiction and industry.

9. License Termination

Your license terminates if:

• Your subscription expires or is canceled
• You violate these license terms
• You breach applicable laws or Forge Awareness Terms of Service
• Forge Awareness terminates your access

Upon termination, you must cease use and delete all copies of the Materials (except as required by law to retain records).

10. Enforcement

Forge Awareness reserves the right to monitor compliance with these license terms and to take legal action for unauthorized use, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of the Materials.
